Your package includes a box of spiral incense (E-Li Zhangzhong Xiang), a fragrance originating from the ancient Chinese imperial court. Among all cleansing methods, we have carefully selected one that both you and your crystal will enjoy.
After lighting the spiral incense, position your crystal within the incense smoke to allow it to cleanse the crystal.
Most of our products are handmade. We process orders sequentially based on the order received. The standard processing time is 3 to 7 business days. During peak shopping seasons, processing times may extend.
If you select the Blessing Service, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days, as we need time for our spiritual master to perform the blessing ritual.
