Hey BuroLipo BFFs! 💖 We know picking jewelry is all about that “perfect fit” feeling—so we’ve got a super straightforward return & refund policy to make things easy if something isn’t quite right.

1. Who’s Eligible for Returns?

  • Return Window: You’ve got 14 calendar days from the day you receive your jewelry to start a return. Sorry, returns asked for after 14 days can’t be accepted.
  • Condition Rules: To get a return, your jewelry needs to be in its original, unused state—no scratches, no signs of wear, and no changes made. And don’t forget! The original velvet packaging box has to stay intact too (no tears, stains, or damage, please).

2. How to Start a Return (Super Easy, We Promise!)

  1. Shoot us an email at Burolipo@outlook.com with your order number, the name of the jewelry, and a quick note about why you’re returning it—we’ll reply fast!
  2. Our team will get back to you in 1-2 business days with a “Return Authorization (RA) number” and step-by-step info on where to ship the item.
  3. Pack your jewelry safely with its original velvet box, stick the RA number on the shipping label, and send it off to the address we give you.
    • Quick note: If the return isn’t because of a defect or our mistake, you’ll cover the shipping cost—but we’ll always help if it’s our error!

3. When Will You Get Your Refund?

Once we get your returned jewelry and check that it meets the rules above, we’ll process your refund in 3-5 business days.

Refunds go back to the original payment method you used—how fast it shows up in your account depends on your bank or payment app, but we’ll speed it up as much as we can!

4. A Little Heads-Up for Special Cases

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (like engraved pieces) can’t be returned—unless it’s defective or we messed up your order. We’ll fix that right away for you!
