Hey BuroLipo BFFs! 💖 We know you’re probably counting down the days to get your new jewelry—so we’re breaking down our shipping details nice and clear, so you know exactly when to expect your sparkly package.

1. Order Processing Time

Before your jewelry heads out, we’ll take a little time to make sure it’s packed safely and perfectly. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once it’s shipped, we’ll shoot you an email with all the tracking info—no waiting around in the dark!

2. Shipping Time by Region

Here’s the breakdown of how long shipping usually takes to different parts of the world (all times are business days, not including weekends/holidays or customs delays):

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
  • Asia & Other Regions: 10–20 business days

Quick note: These are estimated times—sometimes shipping might be a little faster (yay!) or take an extra day or two, depending on local delivery services.

3. Tracking Your Package

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number sent to the email you used to place the order. Just click the link in that email, or head to our website’s “Track Order” page (if you have one) to check where your package is anytime. No more guessing—you’ll know when it’s almost at your door!

4. Possible Delays

Every now and then, things like holiday rushes, customs inspections, or local delivery hiccups might slow things down a little. If your package is taking longer than the estimated time, don’t stress—just reach out to us, and we’ll help track it down for you.

5. Customs & Duties

For international orders, your package might go through local customs—and sometimes, customs offices charge small duties or taxes. These fees are set by your country’s rules, not by us, so we can’t cover them. But if you have questions about customs in your area, we’re happy to help point you in the right direction!
